Our Story
Askevana for Help Foundation was established in 2009 with Head office in Abuja, Nigeria; a non-governmental organization aimed at helping and empowering less privileged and marginalized people in our society. Officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria on June 18, 2021 (registration number: 160382). Under the visionary leadership of Ambassador Eva Erokoro, our CEO, we operate as a non-profit entity committed to helping the disadvantaged communities nationwide.
Guided by our core values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence (RISE), Askevana Foundation embodies a clear vision of fostering sustainable development and inclusive prosperity. We strive to create equitable access to quality education, essential services, and opportunities for growth.

Ambassador Eva Erokoro
Chairman & Founder
Ambassador Eva Erokoro is the esteemed Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Founder of Askevana for Help Foundation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Benin (UniBen) and a Master of Arts degree in Diplomatic Studies from the prestigious University of Abuja, Nigeria. In 2018, the United Peace Federation, under the United Nations, honored her as an “Ambassador for Peace.”
A fervent supporter of gender equality, Ambassador Erokoro’s commitment to uplifting the downtrodden is unwavering. As a staunch women’s rights advocate, she has tirelessly worked to alleviate suffering and bring smiles to the faces of those in distress. Her belief in the profound impact of personal sacrifice underpins her foundation’s efforts on behalf of disadvantaged individuals, providing her with immense joy and fulfillment.
Ambassador Erokoro’s philanthropic philosophy emphasizes the importance of selflessness, compassion, and social responsibility.
